Carrots, apples, and oranges are a winning combination for helping your body protect itself and fight off infections. This easy drink will boost your immunity and refresh you. Ingredients Oranges: I used a Navel orange, but you can experiment with what's in season. Carrot: I recommend using organic carrots; no need to peel. Apple Ginger Ice cubes: (optional) STEP 1 First, wash the produce well and chop them into pieces small enough to fit your juicer chute. You can peel the orange, though it isn't necessary when using a juicer STEP 2 Feed the ingredients through your juicer chute, then mix the juice and serve it immediately at room temperature or over ice- enjoy!
